Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume culinary/kitchen management.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards; uses production worksheets and waste logs.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and equipment operation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Manages inventory within guidelines to ensure product availability.
• Decides on utilization of leftovers within company guidelines.
• Complies with health regulations and audits.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in meetings and staff development.
