Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an overall kitchen leadership or similar role.
• Serv Safe food handler’s certificate is required.
• Ability to multitask in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Financial/business acumen and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen production areas; schedule, coordinate, supervise multiple shifts.
• Monitor procedures to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Direct training of kitchen staff on storage, preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Develop and implement production methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Lead inventory planning, vendor relations, and partner with internal teams.
• Oversee events, menus, and special culinary projects; align with marketing.
