City Winery Atlanta is seeking a dedicated prep cook to support our live music and dining venue, blending culinary craft with a unique hospitality experience. You will gather and prepare ingredients, maintain sanitation, and work across prep stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen to help deliver exceptional guest experiences during performances and events.

• Minimum 2 years’ prep cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and food handling experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and prepare a variety of food items for kitchen service.
• Wash, slice, measure, mix, and prepare items per guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Label, date, and rotate items following FIFO.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist with stocking stations and inventory as needed.
