Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in high-end restaurants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead staff.
• Commitment to food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Manage all sous chefs.
• Maintain food and labor costs.
• Run the line and ensure quality service.
• Daily food purchasing, inventory and prep production.
• Develop menus and daily specials.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepare financial reports from budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on budgetary purchases.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
