P.F. Chang’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager in the United States to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will develop an engaged team, ensure hospitality excellence, and drive restaurant performance while upholding our PRIDE values and brand standards.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, maintain food/beverage quality, and manage labor and costs. A dynamic, guest-focused environment awaits with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience managing FOH and BOH in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Must be at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Maintain all required food safety, alcohol service, and company training certifications per state and company rules.
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel for shift coverage, bank deposits, catering, and multi-location support.
