Compass Group USA is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Madison, WI to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met while delivering exceptional foodservice.

Key responsibilities include managing cost controls, planning and creating menus, purchasing and inventory management, and rolling out new culinary programs in coordination with marketing and culinary teams.

Formación

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company.
