This is an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary role with growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have hands-on chef experience, strong leadership, and a track record in high-volume foodservice, with ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards; maintains production worksheets and waste logs.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, equipment operation, food safety and sanitation.
