Job summary

You will lead menu planning, food preparation, staff training, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations, while delivering high-quality, cost-conscious meals for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent education or experience in foodservice.
• 5+ years of progressive kitchen management and culinary leadership.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience.
• Hands-on chef with strong knowledge of food cost controls and sanitation.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus per guidelines.
• Operates safe, sanitary kitchen following standards and audits.
• Trains staff in food prep, safety, and equipment use.
• Maintains inventory and waste/log sheets for cost control.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
• Participates in departmental meetings and professional programs.
