Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary management is required.
• Hands-on chef experience and ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with current catering trends and cost controls.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and adheres to standards.
• Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintains equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Manages inventory and food cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and audits.
• Participates in staff development and meetings.
