Compass Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in the Washington, DC area. You will manage a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across the account.

You will plan menus, control costs, purchase and manage inventory, and rollout new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred with strong leadership.
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• Experience in high-volume catering and cost control.
• Desire to grow with a top foodservice company.
