Flower Child is seeking an Executive Chef in Chandler, AZ to lead a high-volume kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role demands strong operational oversight, scheduling, and staff leadership to ensure quality and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

The Executive Chef will partner with Fox Restaurant Concepts for company-wide standards, drive continuous improvement, and manage daily gastronomy operations with a focus on healthy menu execution and guest delight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong leadership and shift-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Must manage shifts with daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team and drive continuous improvement.
