Proof of the Pudding is a chef-led hospitality company delivering food and beverage experiences at major venues across North America. This role leads production and execution to uphold culinary standards while ensuring safety, sanitation, and cost control for high-volume events.

The position requires 2+ years in a restaurant setting, ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain), strong customer service, and near Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certified or willing to receive training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must live near the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production, preparation, and execution ensuring dishes reflect Proof of the Pudding’s culinary standards.
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen/food service areas.
• Oversee purchasing, ordering, and inventory management to control costs.
• Lead and manage the culinary team through scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Partner with service teams to deliver a polished dining experience for diners and tea guests.
