Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is hiring at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, GA, for an experienced culinary professional. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate orders, assist with food and beverage stations, and help develop menu items to create memorable guest experiences.

The role reports to area management, requires flexibility, leadership, and a commitment to safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields.
• Flexible Availability for Scheduling.
• Must live near or be willing to commute to College Park, GA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations.
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders.
• Assist in the preparation of food & beverage areas including handling a smoothie station, action station, restocking coffee station & snack stations.
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Assist in the development of menu items.
• Cleaning guest areas, bussing tables, wiping surfaces.
• Assisting with clean up of dishes, organizing prep area, and other tasks provided by the area manager.
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
