Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations at our West Palm Beach venues. You will supervise line cooks, drive menu development, and ensure quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction while managing budgets and labor.

As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate with the GM and Home Office teams to craft memorable experiences, partner with local farmers, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on quality control, food safety, and guest experience.
• Ability to manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and drive financial results.
• Experience collaborating with General Manager and Home Office to optimize operations.
