Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef in Charleston to lead the kitchen, mentor the team, and drive exceptional guest experiences across our concepts. You will act as a culinary ambassador, ensuring consistent quality while collaborating with leadership to meet P&L targets.

You will guide menu creation, oversee inventory and safety programs, and drive a culture of hospitality and operational excellence across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen leadership and menu creation experience.
• Hands-on leader with passion for coaching staff.
• Collaborate with GM and Home Office to improve operations.
• Strong financial acumen: labor costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
