Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ kitchen and line cook experience.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good communication with managers, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine following portion sizes, methods, standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and adhere to cleanliness regulations.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others in closing the kitchen.
• Report shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
