Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, work the line, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences and achievement of P&L goals.

You will oversee menu creation, control quality, manage costs, collaborate with local farmers, and drive a culture of hospitality from farm to table across our growing concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Dedication to servers and guests with hands-on leadership.
• Ability to work with local farmers and manage labor and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and work the line.
• Develop menus and ensure quality, safety, and cost control.
• Collaborate with GM and Home Office to optimize operations and profitability.
