Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leadership and staff development in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, and forecasts while ensuring quality and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line work, problem resolution, and effective communication to meet P&L goals.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Home Office leaders to optimize kitchen operations and safety.
