Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at The Inn at Stonecliffe. This full-time role requires strong kitchen leadership, menu development, and a commitment to guest-focused service.

You will oversee procurement, production, and safety, while driving costs and quality. Competitive compensation ranges from $100k to $110k annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee long- and short-term kitchen operations.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, ensuring safety and high standards.
• Plan, procure, produce and present all hotel food in a cost-efficient, sanitary manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety, meeting regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage the department budget; control labor and food costs.
• Create menus and backup records to improve revenues and margins.
• Promote the Accident Prevention Program and minimize liabilities.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
