Job summary

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and drive high-quality guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, menu development, and adherence to safety and budget guidelines.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional service across all outlets. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in culinary arts or related field
• Minimum of three years in a culinary leadership role
• Food safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee long- and short-term kitchen operations and related culinary departments
• Manage kitchen staff, hire, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews
• Plan and manage procurement, production, and presentation of all hotel food
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety, meeting all standards and regulations
• Develop and manage the department budget, control labor and food costs
• Create and implement menus to drive revenue and margins
• Enforce Accident Prevention Program and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
