Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in culinary leadership.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan long- and short-term kitchen operations and supervise culinary departments.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee procurement, production, prep and presentation of all hotel food.
• Ensure sanitation and safety for kitchen and equipment per standards.
• Develop and manage the department budget; control labor and food costs.
• Design and implement menus to improve revenues and margins within guidelines.
• Lead Accident Prevention Program and promote a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
