Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of culinary management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the supervision of kitchen staff by culinary management staff
• Develop menus and varied concepts and ensure quality dishes
• Develop and control costs, inventory, specifications, and price negotiations with vendors
• Ensure sanitation and health department code compliance and train staff accordingly
• Plan and execute training for culinary staff and maintain safety standards
