Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a professional Server to deliver top‑tier food and beverage service in a luxury guest environment. You will be responsible for knowledge of fine dining cuisines, wine pairings, and coordinating room service with precision to maintain hot and cold items at optimal temperatures.

The role requires 2 years of server experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 21+ years of age or older
• 2 years server experience preferred
• Able to perform basic math
• Proficient English reading/writing and communication
• Pass interview and guest service audition
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Work independently and in a team
• Mature, dependable, punctual
• Complete BASSET and ServeSafe trainings
• Willing to work odd hours and travel when needed
• Illinois Gaming Act license maintained

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests
• Knowledge of fine dining cuisines (French/Continental) and wine pairings
• Report to workstation in proper uniform
• Manage side-work and keep area clean and safe
• Coordinate orders to avoid partial deliveries
• Ensure hot/cold items are delivered properly
• Greet guests and present checks
• Read daily promotions and station assignments
• Pursue special projects as directed
• Other duties as assigned
