OTO Development is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the F&B operation and banquet services, ensuring compliance with all policies, health/safety standards, and brand guidelines. The role focuses on staffing, inventory, and maintaining high service quality.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to lead under pressure, and a commitment to creating a positive kitchen environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant operations including food & beverage and banquet service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assign and delegate responsibilities for the F&B and banquet operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal laws.
• Ensure team safety, facility cleanliness and equipment safety.
• Monitor inventory to meet par requirements and assist monthly inventories.
• Ensure kitchen is properly staffed, clean, stocked and equipment is functioning.
• Comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements in daily service.
