Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead our campus dining operation at Albany State University. You will oversee food production, quality standards, menu development and special events for students, faculty and guests.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of progressive culinary experience, strong Microsoft skills, budget experience, and a collaborative leadership style. Compensation up to $80,000 with full benefits and on-site employment.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
