Job summary

Aladdin is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the Collegiate Dining team at Albany State University in Albany, GA. You will lead food production, ensure quality and cost objectives, and oversee special events to enhance student and faculty dining experiences.

The role requires strong culinary expertise, budgeting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Higher education dining experience and contract management knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
