State Street seeks a Managing Director to establish and drive an enterprise change capability translating the new product-focused operating model into sustained changes across IT, workforce, governance, and ways of working.

This senior leader partners with GTS and business executives to design roadmaps, align capacity and capabilities, and ensure disciplined execution with measurable outcomes across functions and geographies.

Formación

• Proven ability to define and lead enterprise-scale change across operating models and governance in a large technology organization.
• Translate strategy into clear transformation roadmaps and practical workforce actions.
• Drive organizational and workforce actions to align with the new operating model.
• Establish measurable outcomes for transformation programs and adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders across IT, HR, risk, and business units.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the enterprise change approach for the new operating model across functions and geographies.
• Build an integrated view of the transformation portfolio and track milestones and outcomes.
• Lead analysis to realign work, roles, and capacity with strategic priorities.
• Create executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and sustained adoption.
