Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years in financial services, transformation or strategy.
• Proven ownership of large-scale programs in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise-wide Middle Office transformation and service agenda with measurable outcomes.
• Design the target operating model and coordinate an executable portfolio of initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Risk, Finance and Compliance to set standards and priorities.
• Chair design reviews and ensure traceability from client outcomes to delivery evidence.
• Translate strategy into sustainable operating capabilities and benefits realization.
