Job summary

State Street seeks a product-led transformational executive to define and execute the strategic vision for the re-platforming of a major strategic client. The role sits at the intersection of the Client, Product, Operations and Technology, treating the program as enterprise transformation.

You will lead a global organization, align with executive leadership, govern delivery, and drive client outcomes and sustainable growth through disciplined execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Operations or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in financial services, asset servicing, fintech, transaction banking or related.
• Leadership of global implementation, transformation, operating model or strategic delivery organizations.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and complex transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in transaction management, middle-office or investment operations or asset servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the global re-platforming, implementation and transformation strategy.
• Lead multi-year platform migration and service model redesign; accelerate product adoption.
• Establish executive governance; oversee portfolio investment, risks and outcomes.
• Improve processing efficiency, data quality and controls; enable automation and speed-to-market.
• Build a global organization; drive client-centric culture and leadership development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, testing, readiness and change controls; mitigate risk.
• Embed product development lifecycle practices; partner with Technology on automation and data insights.
