Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day mobilization and execution of the Onboarding Transformation.
• Translate strategy and target operating model into a sequenced roadmap.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, risks and governance across workstreams.
• Prepare concise executive reporting on progress, risks and investment.
• Coordinate end-to-end process redesign spanning client onboarding and lifecycle changes.
• Ensure adoption, benefits realization and governance across organizational boundaries.
