Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Chicago, IL, seeks a hospitality-focused professional to lead guest relations in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will foster Bally’s Born to Entertain culture, plan events, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional experiences for high-value guests.

Salary target ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with additional benefits, including parking, and potential schedule flexibility based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude
• Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels
• Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events
• Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

• The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
