Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Casino Guest Host to build relationships with players, resolve opportunities, and grow loyalty through the Marquee Rewards program. You will engage guests on the casino floor, coordinate hospitality, and drive customer retention with personalized service.

The role requires strong guest services experience, ability to handle conflicts, and a proactive approach to outreach, events, and credit procedures where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of hosting experience with adequate customer following preferred.
• Minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience (Player Development, Slots, or Table Games).
• Minimum of five years customer service experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf of the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develops relationship with players to grow customer base and increase Company revenues by ensuring retention and repeat business.
• Attracts and manages customers through weekly telemarketing and in-person contact on the casino floor, coordinating hospitality and special requests.
• Promotes enrollment in the Marquee Rewards program and increases participation.
• Maintains visibility on the casino floor to greet guests during visits and events.
• Resolves guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf of the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
• Uses telemarketing, correspondence, referrals, email and events to grow existing business.
• Achieves departmental sales and growth goals.
• Maintains invitation lists for special events and hosting opportunities.
• Supports and demonstrates superior customer service per department and company standards.
• Attends and aids in coordinating special events.
• Monitors patron activity and profitability of all assigned players.
• Complies with all corporate/local policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism; may involve credit lines per state law.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf of the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develops relationship with players to grow customer base and increase Company revenues by assuring customer retention and repeat business.
• Attracts and manages customers through weekly telemarketing and in person contact on the casino floor. Exercises discretion to provide guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assist with special requests.
• Proactively seeks out new business on casino floor, introducing the benefits of and soliciting enrollment for the Marquee Rewards program.
• Devotes significant time being visible and available on the casino floor in order to meet and greet guests during individual visits as well during special events.
• Resolves guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf of the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
• Utilizes telemarketing, correspondence, referrals, email and events to solicit and grow existing business.
• Achieves departmental sales and growth goals.
• Develops in-house invitation lists for special events and other significant hosting events.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Attends and aids in the coordination of special events.
• Monitors patron activity and profitability of all assigned players.
• Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Highly knowledgeable of credit procedures, if applicable. Encourages the use of credit and may extend lines of credit when appropriate and permissible by state regulatory law.

Target Salary Range

$42,000 to $56,000
