SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Lead Audio Visual Technician in New York to lead daily AV operations, mentor technicians, and ensure seamless meeting experiences. You will manage Crestron, Poly, Cisco collaboration systems, and conferencing platforms for executive spaces and events.

The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, client communication, and proactive maintenance to deliver reliable collaboration experiences across high-profile meetings and live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring an AV support team.
• Strong knowledge of Crestron, Poly, Cisco collaboration solutions and AV signal flow.
• Experience supporting Zoom, Teams, Webex, BlueJeans.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize enterprise AV systems.
• Perform daily room inspections to preempt issues before meetings.
• Conduct pre-meeting AV checks for executive meetings and live events.
• Provide onsite support for executives, board meetings, and client presentations.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace AV hardware/software components.
• Maintain conferencing technologies like Zoom, Teams, Webex.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
