Accenture PLC in Chicago is seeking an in-office AV/IT support specialist to ensure seamless technology experiences during high-profile meetings and events at the Connected Innovation Center. You will support AV equipment, video conferencing, and XR devices, collaborating with global teams to pilot emerging technologies.

The role requires hands-on Windows/macOS and mobile OS support, and familiarity with collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting IT or AV industries.
• 1+ years with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, Webex).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in-office in Chicago.

Responsabilités

• Provide white glove service and support to Accenture employees and client guests during meetings or events in the office.
• Manage and maintain Audio Visual technologies (sound mixer, wireless microphones).
• Test operation and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and display walls (Teams Rooms, Cyviz, Cisco VC rooms).
• Manage and maintain extended reality devices (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
• Act as technical lead during high-profile client meetings and leadership events to ensure seamless technology experience.
• Collaborate with global teams to pilot and support emerging technologies for immersive experiences and hybrid collaboration.
• Create and update technical documentation.
