Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Specialist, Audio Visual Support to join the Technology Support team. The role focuses on setting up and supporting meetings, events, and multimedia activities in-office and virtually, serving as an expert in Webex, Jabber, content sharing, and related tools.

You will configure conference room tech, answer organizers' questions, distribute links, and help schedule resources. On-call support and AV maintenance are included.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and supporting meetings, events and multimedia activities in office and virtual environments.
• Expertise with meeting and collaboration tools: Webex, Jabber, content sharing, digital recording, WebRTC, Cisco scheduling.
• Set up conference room technology for scheduled and ad hoc meetings and events.
• Answer technical questions to organizers and distribute meeting links (Webex, Zoom, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Show users how to use Firm meeting tools such as Webex, audio conferencing, Cisco Jabber, content sharing, and related tools.
• Assist scheduling and assigning team resources to meeting support requests.
• Provide on-call support as needed and perform system quality checks to promptly fix AV issues.
• Support Firm events by setting up, maintaining and removing AV equipment.
• Monitor and respond to service requests via email, Jabber and ServiceNow.
