Job summary

OSI Digital is seeking an AV/IT Support Specialist to provide on-site contract support in Orange County, CA. You will install, test, maintain AV and VTC systems, support live meetings, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

The role includes VIP/executive white-glove support, familiarity with Crestron, Logitech, Biamp/Tesira, and Apple devices managed via Jamf. Strong communication and incident response skills are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV and VTC systems.
Experience providing live meeting and event support, including setup and real-time troubleshooting.
Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
Proficient in preventive diagnostics and system health checks for AV equipment.
VIP/executive white-glove support for senior executives and high-visibility meetings.
Familiarity with Crestron, Logitech, Biamp/Tesira, or similar platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot audio, video, display, microphone, camera, and connectivity issues.
Experience with Windows and macOS devices; Jamf in an enterprise environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and maintain AV and VTC systems for meetings and events.
Provide live support for meetings, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Resolve AV/IT incidents via the ticketing system in a timely manner.
Support VIP/executive meetings with professional, discreet service.
