Maxonic is seeking an AV/IT Support Specialist for our Executive Briefing Center in Santa Clara, CA. You will deliver a seamless technology experience for visiting executives, customers, and partners, handling audiovisual, meeting room, and technical support to ensure presentations run flawlessly.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure while supporting high-visibility meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, conference rooms, or executive meeting spaces.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable supporting executives, customers, and senior leadership.
• Experience in an Executive Briefing Center, Experience Center, or Conference Center preferred.
• Knowledge of AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Poly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital signage and presentation technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audiovisual setup, test, and operation for customer briefings and events.
• Support video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Troubleshoot displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers, and presentation systems.
• Provide real-time technical support during live meetings and presentations.
• Ensure room tech is operational before customer arrival.
• Coordinate room setups and assist presenters with connectivity.
• Manage AV equipment inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Document issues and resolutions; suggest upgrades to improve experience.
• Support onsite and hybrid events for executives, customers, and partners.
