American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to deliver high-touch technology support for AHM and HDMA executives, covering PCs, mobile devices, collaboration tools, video conferencing, and AV for meetings.

You will act as a critical escalation point, coordinating resolution across IT teams and driving improvements. The role requires a strong technical background in AD, Windows, and Apple devices, plus excellent communication and relationship-building skills with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Networking / CS or related STEM field with at least 3 years IT experience.
• Alternate: HS Diploma with 9+ years IT experience or Associate degree with 7+ years IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technology support for executives, including PCs, mobile devices, collaboration tools, video conferencing, and AV support.
• Escalate issues to Network, A/V, and IS Management; ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate issue resolution across IT teams; maintain knowledge resources and executive environments.
• Manage business relationships with executives and affiliates; facilitate training and project transitions.
• Document issues and resolutions in approved IT systems; drive continuous improvement.
