Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Networking / CS / Electronics / Data Analytics or related STEM.
• 3+ years IT industry experience; or 9 years with HS diploma; or 7 years with Associate degree.
• A+ Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Executives at multiple locations with technical issues and resolve them.
• Coordinate executive video conferences and ensure connectivity.
• Escalate issues to Network, A/V, and IS Management as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions in AHM IT approved systems.
• Drive issue resolutions to minimize downtime and sustain productivity.
• Ensure SLA adherence and contribute to project goals of the Executive Support Team.
• Provide inputs to QCD reporting and support training/knowledge resources.
