Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Deskside Support / AV Support Specialist to provide onsite AV and end-user support in Richmond, VA. You will manage conference room technologies, ensure flawless executive meetings, and deliver white-glove service to senior leaders.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, English communication, and the ability to work onsite daily with flexible after-hours support for critical events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV support or conference room tech experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise AV solutions and meetings.
• Strong troubleshooting across AV hardware and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on deskside support in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of video conferencing and hybrid meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for conference rooms, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and validate AV equipment for executive meetings.
• Support Teams Room environments and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot AV hardware, displays, projectors, and room controls.
• Deliver executive desk-side support and maintain user satisfaction.
• Coordinate with IT and vendor teams on complex issues.
• Document incidents and procedures per ITSM processes.
