Job summary

The Alliance in the United States is seeking an Executive Audience Manager to own the audience for invitation-only events. You will identify senior leaders, earn their attention, and convert it into confirmed attendance.

You’ll work with Commercial, Partnerships and Marketing to build a white-glove program that yields high-value participation. Collaborate with Content and Events teams to hand over a fully briefed audience, manage outreach, and nurture relationships to foster ongoing engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in executive audience acquisition for B2B events.
• Proven track record engaging senior decision-makers via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills with a reader-friendly style.

Responsibilities

• Define the target audience and translate briefs into named exec lists.
• Build and run multi-channel executive outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone and referrals.
• Qualify seniority, authority and fit before invitations are issued.
• Manage invitations, confirmations and pre-event communications to minimize drop-out.
• Deliver a fully briefed audience to Events and Content teams for each event.
• Retain relationships post-event and drive repeat attendance and referrals.
• Capture market insights and keep CRM data clean and current.
