• 7+ years of senior level leadership support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
• High judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environment.
• Planning domestic and international travel.
• Manage expense report coordination and submission.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, global team meetings, off-sites, and team social events).
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports.
• Act as team lead of the teams Executive Assistants.
• Work closely with the leadership team, business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support to the organization.
• Document writing, editing, and readiness.
• Have fun and help others do the same.
