The Executive Assistant II supports the VP of AWS Identity and Cloud Governance. This is an experienced role requiring high judgment, superior attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.

As a seamless extension of the VP, you will influence scheduling, travel planning, expense coordination, and key deliverables. You will lead a team of Executive Assistants and partner with leaders across the organization to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination is preferred.
• Experience leading process improvements.
