Job summary

The Executive Assistant will deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean and senior leadership at the University of Georgia. Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Dean and senior leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prioritize requests.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, materials, and distribute minutes.
  • Screen and prioritize correspondence and requests requiring executive attention.
  • Prepare executive communications, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Exercise discretion handling confidential information.
