Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC in Avon, OH seeks an Executive Assistant to the Sales & Marketing team. This role provides administrative support to executives across North America, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and managing confidential information with discretion.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, document production, meeting notes, and coordinating national customer and sales events.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience supporting executives
• Event planning and project coordination experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Mansioni

• Establishes priorities for daily office activities and schedules meetings for VP and leadership
• Maintain Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings, board sessions, and staff conferences
• Greet visitors, answer calls, take messages and respond to general inquiries
• Coordinate travel arrangements (international and domestic) including visas and expense reports
• Prepare letters, memoranda, and confidential presentations and reports
• Attend meetings and take notes; assist in organizing conferences and events
• Coordinate annual customer and sales meetings, including venue selection and contracting
• Negotiate facilities, lodging, meals, travel, and related services
• Provide support across North America to enhance team effectiveness
