Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks a Supervisor of Planning and Supplier Integration in Avon, OH. You will oversee Central Planners, drive supplier alignment, and lead continuous improvement across planning functions.

You will mentor teams, manage governance, and ensure KPI achievement while collaborating with operations, purchasing, and quality teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, supplier integration, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily activities of Central Planners and Supplier Integrators with clear KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional task forces for high-risk issues like PAVE escalations and constraints.
• Align planning processes with SIOP targets and organizational standards.
• Ensure governance for supplier onboarding, capacity management, and lifecycle oversight.
• Support internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery and reduce supply chain risk.
• Champion SAP, BW, dashboards, and analytical tools for data visibility.
