Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently attending an accredited college or university.
• Majoring in Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Proficient in understanding databases and analyzing data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced, professional environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Additional skills that are a plus: Power BI, AI tools, CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated daily industry updates and distribute them to the executive team
• Research and update monthly industry and economic data for management and business reviews
• Track, research, and document competitive insights and key industry developments for strategic planning
• Support sales finance activities, including financial analysis, cost analysis, and sales planning
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and recurring monthly data
• Support master data and account management processes
• Assist with administering customer loyalty programs and CRM tools
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation
• Manage customer inquiries and support tracking of recurring metrics
• Support ad hoc sales and marketing operations requests
