Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently attending an accredited college or university.
• Majoring in a business-related field such as Sales, Analytics, Finance, or Management.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient in understanding databases and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized and self-motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Power BI, AI tools and CRM experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated daily industry updates and distribute them to the executive team
• Research and update monthly industry and economic data for management and business reviews
• Track, research, and document competitive insights and key industry developments for strategic planning
• Support sales finance activities, including financial analysis, cost analysis, and sales planning
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics and recurring monthly data
• Support master data and account management processes
• Assist with administering customer loyalty programs and CRM tools
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation
• Manage customer inquiries and support tracking of recurring metrics
• Support ad hoc sales and marketing operations requests
