WireNut Home Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President and General Manager in a fast-paced, family-owned Colorado Springs-based company. You will manage a mix of business and personal tasks, operating with autonomy to minimize disruption and regularly updating executives as needed.

The role requires strong organizational and financial-discussion skills, confidentiality, and adaptability to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand high level financial discussions (balance sheets, assets, etc.).
• Bondable against fraud, breach of privacy, mistakes, data breach.
• Must sign confidentiality agreement.
• Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the President and General Manager with business and personal tasks.
• Autonomous in assignments to minimize distractions to Executives and loop them in when necessary.
