Job summary
WireNut Home Services is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales process from lead generation to onboarding. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate logistics, and maintain records to drive performance.
With 1–3 years in a related role, you will leverage CRM systems and Microsoft Office to deliver high-quality service in a residential trade environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Colorado Springs, offering weekly compensation and growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, dispatching, call center operations, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication, able to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and convert inbound leads into booked appointments.
- Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service.
